Come along with your student group to enjoy one of the best views in Durham! Whether you're hosting a quiz night or wanting to show off your karaoke skills, there is a space for you at Kingsgate. Kingsgate can accommodate 200 standing, Upper Kingsgate 45 seated, Lower Kingsgate 55 seated, combined seating of 100.

Monday-Friday 10am-11pm
Saturday 9am-11pm
Sunday 1pm-11pm
Kingsgate is open:
Monday-Friday 8.45am-11pm
Saturday and Sundays 4pm-11pm
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. You can log on with your CIS username and password.
In addition to the main Kingsgate Bar on B Level, Upper Kingsgate is a space available for both commercial and student group purposes.
The space can be booked in tandem with the primary Kingsgate Bar, or on its own for multiple purposes.
